spring academy "without net"

long before zoom-meetings, video conferences and digital learning became (pandemic inflicted) routine, christian ide hintze and the vienna poetry school pioneered in the development of a virtual academy.

in this spirit – of course without the ground-breaking gesture of our predecessors, but with the same enthusiasm for the productive potential of a digital classroom – we are reviving the beautiful idea of a "virtual academy".

our spring academy links four classes / exercises to one topic, which is "without net". for teachers and students alike it opens up various associations: without safety net, without protection, without insurance, without provision, without internet, without social networks, without availability, without archive, withouth memory, without remembering, without electricity, without without without...

with the following teachers and their categories:

the spring academy will take place from 13 until 27 april 2021 –  in addition to the regular programme of the vienna poetry school.
