new criteria for each radio play entered into this year's competition:
duration: maximum 5 minues
1 original sound
the sentence: "man kann ja nie wissen" (one never knows)
a previously not broadcast programme can be sent in
vienna poetry school in association with radio station ö1 of the austrian broadcasting corporation (ORF)
