gerhard rühm on his 85th!

therefore, we call him "first class 'sounder'". gerhard rühm – multiple artist par excellence: poet, musician, visual artist, etc. maybe also: passionate avant-gardist. co-founder of the "wiener gruppe", received numerous awards, amongst others the autrian state award for literature (1991) and the alice-salomon-poetry-award (2007). his most recent publications include "ehering und fingerhut. gegenständliche fabeln" (2012) and "hugo wolf und drei grazien, letzter akt" (2014). since 1992 gerhard rühm held several analogue classes at sfd, such as on auditive poetry and visual poetry and automatic writing.
on 12 february gerhard rühm celebrates his 85th birthday - fritz ostermayer & the vienna poetry school wish him a very happy one!
