I wanted to create something only composed of sound. I think the title explains that part. SPOILER: It's created using mainly one sound, processed in various ways (a cicade bug I recorded in Lousiana in 2017). The swoosh at the end is added.
This is the second contribution that uses natural sounds as material for evil voices. Again, an irritating mix of lively and mechanical. I like very much how insolent and succinctly the robotic character of the cicada voices is presented: The fact that nature can also be hostile to life is summarized here as a brief acoustic statement. More of it please!
